Q. What can I do with my empty sweet jar?

A. A few ideas from us....

Fill with water and add a goldfish
Put lots of pencils and pens in it
Add a tealight and make a lantern
Refill it with sweets
Fill with soil and grow a plant
Put some jam / pasta / rice in it

Q. Do your sweets contain nuts?

A. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from nuts. If in any doubt, please don't order.

Q. Are your sweets vegetarian?

A. Please check our ingredients list for more details. We also indicate vegetarian sweets on our sweets page.

Q. Is postage and packing included on all items?

A. Yes it is.

Q. What are the dimensions of your jars?

Q. How do I get in contact with you?

Q. How fast can you get items dispatched?

A. All gifts are typically dispatched within 48 hours of order, although some items may take slightly longer.

Q. Do you offer guaranteed next delivery on items?

Yes, we do, this typically costs £5 extra per jar (as standard jars are sent 1st class Royal Mail).

Q. Do you do smaller / larger jars?

We can do as small as 0.25L and as big as 2.5L however we currently only provide this for people ordering over 6 jars.

Q. How long does delivery typically take?

A. Items are sent via First Class Royal Mail so you can expect to receive them a day or two after they are dispatched.

Q. Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, we do - please contact us for a quote.

Q. Why free postage and packing?

A. We have always found it frustrating to see a price on a website, proceed to checkout, only to then find a whopping delivery charge added on! We wanted to make it simple - the price you see is the price you pay. It is all inclusive.

Q. How will my order be wrapped?

A. All of our items are packaged in white boxes with luxurious tissue paper to complete the gift.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards.

Q. My gift hasn't arrived - what should I do?

A. Get in touch with us - we can find out what has happened and do our best to resolve it.

Q. Will the recipient of the gift see how much I paid for it?

A. No, there is no receipt in the box as it is a gift. However, you (the sender) will receive a receipt via email.
