Returns & Refund

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase that you make from us. However, we do understand that there may be the odd occasion when you wish to return an item.

If you are unhappy with any product ordered from this site, please contact us immediately on 0800 074 3248 or at info@poshpickandmix.com.

For non-personalised, or non-food items you have the right to a refund if the product is faulty or not as per the description shown on the website. Your payment will be refunded in full, provided the items are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. The use of a recorded delivery service for any returns is highly recommended for your own protection. We regret that we cannot offer refunds on any items which are not returned to us.

As our products are made to order and personalised to your specification, orders cannot be cancelled once the item has been made. However, should you wish to change or cancel your order at any time please contact us immediately and we will do our best to meet your needs.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights, governed by the EU Distance Selling Directive which is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

How to return or exchange

Please repack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to us at the following address:

Please also send an email to info@poshpickandmix.com to let us know to expect the return/exchange.

Please include your name and the order number in the package, so that we can identify you easily. Please also let us know the reason for returning the goods.

Please note that goods are returned at your own cost unless faulty or sent to you in error, and we strongly recommend that you use recorded post as you are responsible for returned items until they reach our premises.

We will contact you once we have received the package to tell you that your return is being processed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing the refund or exchange.

Please note that our payment processing system only allows us to refund the card on which the original transaction was made.

Images
Sometimes our products may be subject to minor design changes and therefore may differ slightly from images provided. We endeavour to keep our product information and images as up-to-date as possible.

Privacy policy and data protection

The information we collect from you
When you place an order with us, we will take your name, e-mail address, delivery address, payment card details and a telephone number on which you can be contacted in the event of a query. As well as this information, we'll also keep records of any further emails you send us, which we will use to help improve the Posh Pick and Mix service.

Privacy & disclosure of this information
Your card details are handled by our payment processing agent. Posh Pick and Mix will not store financial / card information on our systems.

We do not and never will pass on your information onto 3rd party mailing lists. We do retain the right to submit any information requested by the law, in the UK or elsewhere.

Emails and other contact from Posh Pick and Mix

By supplying your email address and contact phone number, you have given us your permission to email or phone you regarding any issue with your order or with the service we are providing you. Once your order is completed, we will only send you further Posh Pick and Mix correspondence (e.g. Posh Pick and Mix newsletters, notice of special offers etc) if you have opted to join our mailing list.
